Please click on “Forgot Your Password” enter your email address and click send. Your new password will be emailed to you, it will read “newpass” use this, and once you have logged in you can change it in “My Profile” to a password of your choice. I’m a new customer and I’m unable to sign in ? This rarely happens and I don’t understand the reason for it, I do know that previous customers have been successful when trying a different computer. Whatever password we use can be changed by yourself in “My Profile” I’ve sent you an order but can’t remember what songs I chose ? Once logged in simply click on “My Orders” a further click on the order number will reveal all. What is the quality of the recordings for instant download ? All tracks for instant download are recorded in mp3 format 128 kbps – CD quality. Tracks on CD/mini disc are delivered 44.1 khz 16 bit stereo What happens when my order is for instant download and I’ve paid ? You will be presented with a download page for instant access to your song/s You will also receive an automated email thanking you for your order with a link to download your track/s. Login using your email + password when you registered and click on "My Orders" your orders may be downloaded as many times as you wish with no expiry date I’ve ordered and paid for instant download but haven’t received an email ? Unfortunately emails containing links are notorious for being treated as spam. PLEASE check your SPAM folder. Paypal seem to have an issue where some orders are not marked as paid and therefore the system does not respond, please inform me if I haven’t already detected this. I’ve downloaded my track/s but the file says it’s corrupt ? Most likely caused by a glitch during download, please download again or maybe download a little later. Your order will be processed the same day if received before 4.00pm. Do your backing tracks have fade out endings ? No, all tracks have proper endings. Do you give refunds ? Demo’s are provided to enable you to check the key and quality. For this reason refunds cannot be given. However, in the event you chose a wrong key by mistake, or you were unable to use the song when hearing the full version, then I may offer you a replacement. Why do I see your tracks on other websites ? I’m constantly being asked about this, and the reason is, there are two other websites that have my permission to sell my tracks. I can assure that all the tracks have been produced by myself, with the exception of some custom tracks I’ve had made by another studio. I’m a guitarist, can you remove the lead guitar ? Some tracks (very few) have been purposely mastered without the lead guitar. Unfortunately I can’t remove the guitar from all other tracks. Do you supply lyrics with your tracks ? Yes, free of charge. What payment methods do you accept and is it secure ? You can pay using Paypal or Protx, or pay by mail using a postal order or cheque.
