Payments by cheque subject to clearance before dispatch.
Cash and un-crossed postal orders entirely at your own risk.
My site requires you to register your name, shipping address, email address etc. before any orders can be placed.
Although telephone numbers are not compulsory they are always handy to have in the event of an email being typed incorrectly.
Your personal information shall be kept strictly private and confidential and will not be passed on to any other party.
Instant Download
On receipt of payment a link will be sent to you immediately via email for you to download your order.
Please note owing to the nature of my product I cannot give refunds.
In the event of a corrupt download file or indeed any error on my part you will have my urgent attention.
Your download will be accessible as many times as you need over a period of 5 days.
CD or Mini Disc
On receipt of payment your order will almost certainly be dispatched on the same day by 1st class post/airmail.
If your order is received late afternoon then the following day for dispatch may apply.
Please note owing to the nature of my product I cannot give refunds, but in the event of a faulty CD/mini disc or lost in the post
or if the wrong key has been selected then a replacement from me will have my urgent attention. (an extra postage cost may apply)
